My Coaching Framework:

  • Yoga

    If you’re new, we’ll start from the beginning. If you’ve done yoga before, we’ll start from where you are. We will build a sustainable yoga practice that includes all of the nuts and bolts you need to feel confident and grounded in your physical practice. My motto is “principles before poses.” I’ll teach you a set of yogic principles that will apply to your life on and off the mat.

  • Meditation

    In mindfulness meditation we’re working to develop the fitness of our inner witness. Many people approach meditation with the belief that they are supposed to stop thinking. In mindfulness meditation the goal is to notice that we are thinking and then return to our breath and physical body as the anchor. If this feels scary or overwhelming, it helps to have a coach.

  • Self-Inquiry

    Self-inquiry is a powerful practice within the yogic tradition that involves turning our attention inward to explore the nature of our own consciousness. Through techniques such as contemplation and self-reflection, we can begin to uncover the deeply held beliefs, patterns, and conditioning that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
